The 7th Edition of Ebira Carnival, an annual gathering of sons and daughters of Ebira extraction across the country to celebrate the Ebira culture, lifestyle and people has just been successfully held, but the electrifying moments would not be forgotten in a while.
The delights from meeting old and new friends, getting electrified by
sensational cultural displays, amongst others formed the intrigues at
the carnival.
When the organizers of the event, the Ebira Carnival Group thought out
and began plans to hold the first edition 7 years ago, it was basically
to identify with the arts, customs, and habits that define the Ebira
people. Successively, the event keeps getting better by the year.
Recall that in the 6th Edition, Ebira Reporters declared the celebration
a step to global embrace, a fact that cannot be denied. Thus, another
step has been successfully climbed, such that Ebira Carnival has assumed
the position of the next big carnival on B-speed to take after Calabar,
and Lagos.
