Borno has professor Babagana Zulum, an academic and a visionary. We all can attest to his soaring achievements in handling the affairs of Borno state.
Amanbra state has just elected a technocrat who has a track record as former CBN governor who introduced far reaching changes in the banking industry in Nigeria.
We await to see what the feature holds for Amanbrarians as he assume Office as governor of the state.
Like the two states mentioned above, other states in Nigeria have also recorded huge success in developements encompassing infrastructural, sectoral and otherwise in recent time, except Benue.

LETTER TO BENUE STAKEHOLDERS AND ELDERS by Terverr Zulum Mustapher Jato-Aka
MY DEAR BENUE ELDERS,
√ Are you still aware Benue was created in 1976 alongside Niger; Bauchi, Bornu and Sokoto?
√ Are you not ashamed states that were created years after Benue are far ahead of our State?
√ Are you still aware Benue state is far older than states like Enugu, Nasarawa, Kebbi, Kogi, Adamawa, Ebonyi and Jigawa?
√ Having known all these, are you not ashamed we have not moved anywhere after eleven military administrators and five executive governors presided over our state?
√ Are you not ashamed we are the food basket State in Nigeria, and it is expected we should be operating a mechanised agriculture by now?
√ Are you not ashamed in the whole of Benue, there is no tractor hiring agency?
√ Are you not ashamed Benue has no good roads that can connect our farmers in the village?
√ Are you not ashamed for forty-five (45) years, Benue has no processing industry?
√ Are you not ashamed our tomatoes, oranges/mangoes and yams are still wasting in the villages?
√ Are you not ashamed the late Aper Aku did not commit a crime establishing Ikyôgen Cattle Ranch, Taraku Mills, Ber Agbum etc, which have been abandoned by previous administrations?
√ Are you not ashamed in the whole of Benue there is no hatchery?
√ Are you not ashamed Benue people have no common agenda binding them together?
√ Are you not ashamed politics - (APC, PDP) ordinary alphabets have divided us as a people? And we use party differences to kill a fellow brother and sister?
√ Are you not ashamed Benue is not developing because your selfish interests have overridden the interest of the entire state?
√ Are you not ashamed the rate of criminality in the state today is as a result of the insincerity of our political leaders?
√ Are you not ashamed some critical sectors in the state today are not moving simply because nepotism, favouritism and sentiments have taken over merit?
√ Are you not ashamed politics and money have turned Benue people away from the path of truth?
√ Are you not ashamed at forty-five, Benue is celebrating renovation of old existing structures, while Sokoto that was created in 1976 with Benue is exporting cow milk to Morocco?
√ Are you not ashamed the most lucrative businesses in Benue today are sycophancy and begging?
√ Are you not ashamed the youths in the state no longer have confidence in you?
√ Are you not ashamed civil servants and pensioners in the state are dying in their numbers because of their inability to meet up with daily life challenges?
√ Are you not ashamed that you have no shame?
