In what appears to be a common reflection on the persona of Engr. A. O. Otaru by many youth in Kogi state, prompted their
resolution to describe him as one whose social relation inspires hope for a better Kogi state.
In many terms, he has been described as a humanist, an emblem of peace, a visionary and an impeccable leader, an astute politician, the inspirer of hope and a philanthropist whose kind gesture in seeing to people's plight knows no disdain.
He is logically positioned to compliment the triumphant administration of The Executive Gov. Of Kogi State, His Excellency Alh. Yahaya Bello.
The youth noted that His Excellency, GYB is a white lion who's courage has driven corruption and many more abnormalities in the system into extinction.
The youth added that His Excellency, GYB's uncompromised recognition for the youth will never go unrecognised in the History of Kogi State.
The youth basking in the prowess of Engr. A. O. Otaru to take lead will not only result at driven Kogi State to prosperity but will make her a point of positive reference in committees of States in Nigeria and beyond.
The youth are hopeful for better days because in togetherness we can reap greatness.
